Mediation Fee Schedule

$375 per hour/3 hour minimum

Day Rate: $3,750/8 hours

1/2 Day Rate: $1,875/4 hours

My rates are all inclusive.  There are no added fees for mediation space, refreshments or wifi.  Parking at my work location will be validated.  Should the parties agree in advance to hold the mediation at one of their respective facilities, the Mediator will accommodate this request and travel free of additional charges to their location, as long as it is within 150 miles of Los Angeles.  The parties should agree in advance to determine the share of the fee to be paid by each party.  The mediation fee shall be made payable to Brian Nelson Mediation, LLC no later than one week prior to the mediation date or at the start of the mediation.
